Systivia is a Identity based habit tracking app, you intentionally choose who you want to be and align all your habits with that identity. You can customize habits to fit to your life schedule, whether it be everyday, every week, specific days of week, or even specific dates of month. You can also set up reminders to help you stay on track and motivated. The app also includes a streaks feature, which allows you to see how many days in a row you’ve completed a habit, and a calendar view to see your progress over time for accountability and measuring yourself. With Systivia, you can easily track your habits and make positive changes in your life.

As also mentioned in the james clear’s book, Atomic Habits. Your habits are shaped by your identity, and each action is a proof of your identity. You can only start a new habit once you adopt to that new identity that habit is shaping you into. If someone’s identity is a smoker, no matter how hard they try to quit smoking, they can never quit they remove this identity of “I’m a smoker” associated with themselves and change it to “I’m not a smoker”. Every habit is driven by a identity which is enforcing it. If you wake up early morning everyday, you may associate yourself with early riser thus waking up late will hurt your identity so you’ll stick to your habit of waking up early. It can be showing up for your family, being a good husband/wife, a good dad/mom, an engineer, a doctor, a musician, disciplined person, healthy individual, or anything that you do on daily basis, now you can intentionally associate them with a identity and consciously focus on building them so last longer.

You can customize your habits to fit to your schedule, whether it’s something you do everyday, every 3 days, only on weekdays, on weekends, or once a week on tuesday, or one monday in 2 weeks, specific dates of month, every 3 months, we got you. Use our advanced builder to create habits for any schedule, and our system will generate future ococurences to keep your calendar populated, see upcoming occurences, add notes for future, but you’re not locked in. You can change your schedule anytime and it’ll re-generate all occurences, no pressure!

I’ve struggled a lot with keeping up with my life, obsessing over time management, productivity, trying to do ‘all’, creating systems to achieve all my goals, I know the pain. I built systivia for people who know the guilt of not giving consistent attention to do what they love. It helps you make progress even on days you can’t do everything. Trying to do it ‘all’ is a myth, and when everything is your priority then nothing really is your priority. You won’t be able to achieve something as unrealistic as achieving everything. You either become extraordinary at one thing, or stay a mediocre at everything. Consistency with times compounds exponentially, and you witness extraordinary things. The key is not giving up and sticking to one thing for long period of time.
